Normalmente para dicho proceso utilizaremos una prensa con matriz. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"436\" src=\"https:\/\/mecanizadossinc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/screenshot852_pag.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1416\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mecanizadossinc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/screenshot852_pag.webp 600w, https:\/\/mecanizadossinc.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/screenshot852_pag-400x291.webp 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando realizamos un doblado podemos observas que la parte exterior de la chapa y la interior se expande o se comprime,.esto se debe a que el l\u00edmite de los materiales no es el mismo a tracci\u00f3n que a compresi\u00f3n, como a compresi\u00f3n los.materiales tienen mayor l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico, se producir\u00e1 una deformaci\u00f3n pl\u00e1stica mayor al lado de fuera. Este fen\u00f3meno provoca que el eje neutro no equidiste de las dos superficies, de tal.manera que este se encuentra m\u00e1s cerca de la superficie interna que de la externa, ya que la parte externa cede.antes debido a que su l\u00edmite el\u00e1stico es menos, tambi\u00e9n pudiendo depender del grosor de la pieza que estamos doblando.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Factores que intervienen en el doblado y curvado de chapa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elasticidad del material: es el factor que influye en la recuperaci\u00f3n del material, deberemos acentuar los \u00e1ngulos de doblado. Por tanto, si queremos realizar un doblado tendremos que hacerlo.en un valor superior al requerido para compensar dicha recuperaci\u00f3n el\u00e1stica.<br\/>Radio de curvatura: influye en la variaci\u00f3n de espesor de forma decisiva. Tambi\u00e9n en la aparici\u00f3n de grietas y posteriores roturas. Debe evitarse siempre los doblados sin radio interior.<br\/>Sentido de las fibras: depender\u00e1 del laminado previo a la que ha sido sometida. Por tanto, el sentido en la que est\u00e1n las fibras ser\u00e1 de gran importancia porque si realizamos un doblado en contra de la direcci\u00f3n de las fibras, la pieza a ensayo tendr\u00e1 peor comportamiento, peor calidad y una peor durabilidad que si se hubiera hecho a favor de las fibras.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al realizar una operaci\u00f3n de doblado, lo que estamos haciendo es una peque\u00f1a deformaci\u00f3n del material. Un ligero desplazamiento molecular en aquella parte en la que se efect\u00faa el doblado. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fen\u00f3menos que se producen en el doblado y curvado de chapa<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al realizar el doblado y curvado de una chapa lo que estamos haciendo es comprimir su parte interior y estirar su parte exterior. En consecuencia, las fibras del material sufren en la zona de doblado. Cuanto menor sea el radio que se pretenda conseguir, m\u00e1s intensas ser\u00e1n las solicitaciones.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Radio interior m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o que se puede lograr para un material determinado.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La chapa al ser comprimida o estirada por ambas partes las part\u00edculas cambian de posici\u00f3n. Existe una zona neutra donde las tensiones son nulas y donde no existe una deformaci\u00f3n, llamada zona o l\u00ednea neutra. La descentraci\u00f3n del eje neutro depende en gran parte, del espesor de la pieza y del radio de doblado.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La denominaci\u00f3n de la zona neutra ser\u00e1 de un gran inter\u00e9s, ya que ser\u00e1 fundamental para calcular la longitud de los perfiles doblados. Tiende a desplazarse hacia el interior de la curvatura cuando m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a sea la relaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Desarrollo de una pieza doblada<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para calcular el desarrollo se determina la posici\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea neutra. Por lo que el desarrollo de la pieza ser\u00e1 la l\u00ednea de la fibra neutra. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fibra neutra denomina la zona de un elemento doblado.que no sufre ninguna deformaci\u00f3n, sus fibras no ser\u00e1n modificadas a consecuencia de la tracci\u00f3n o compresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fibra neutra no siempre se encuentra en el centro de la chapa. Esta toma una posici\u00f3n diferente seg\u00fan el espesor del material y el radio de dicho doblado. El c\u00e1lculo de la fibra es un elemento b\u00e1sico para el desarrollo a la hora de doblar los elementos.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para calcular la fibra de una forma aproximada, hay que partir de una pieza plana con el perfil adecuado. El citado desarrollo se calcular\u00eda arreglo a la l\u00ednea media de espesor de la chapa si el doblez conservase espesor. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ri= Radio interior<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recuperaci\u00f3n el\u00e1stica despu\u00e9s del doblado<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Llamado factor de retorno o recuperaci\u00f3n el\u00e1stica, a la recuperaci\u00f3n de la chapa tan pronto como cesa la acci\u00f3n del punz\u00f3n sobre la misma, es debido a la acci\u00f3n deformante a la que ha estado sometido la chapa, \u00e9ste tiende a volver a su forma primitiva. Esta reacci\u00f3n es debido a la propiedad que poseen los cuerpos a ser el\u00e1sticos. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la hora de construir un molde de doblar se deben tener en cuenta el factor de retorno. Con la intenci\u00f3n de construir los punzones o matrices con los \u00e1ngulos y radios debidamente modificados para que la pieza fabricada quede a las medidas del plano. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La recuperaci\u00f3n el\u00e1stica var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n de los siguientes factores:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tipo de material: en funci\u00f3n de la dureza del material las deformaciones pueden variar.<br\/>Espesor del material: a mayor espesor, menor recuperaci\u00f3n el\u00e1stica.<br\/>Radio de curvatura: a mayor radio, mayor recuperaci\u00f3n el\u00e1stica.<br\/>\u00c1ngulo de doblado: a mayor radio de curvatura, mayor recuperaci\u00f3n el\u00e1stica. Por lo contrario, a menor radio de curvatura, menor recuperaci\u00f3n el\u00e1stica. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9todos de doblado<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Acci\u00f3n central: <\/strong>es un doblado empleado para curvar grandes perfiles<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Acci\u00f3n lateral:<\/strong> se obtienen perfectos doblados, debido al peque\u00f1o brazo de palanca en el que act\u00faa el punz\u00f3n.
