Sin embargo, en funci\u00f3n de qu\u00e9 aditivos se usen, se provocan distintos cambios en la estructura molecular del acero. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maquinaria de precisi\u00f3n. Para obtener una mejora sustancial en la maquinabilidad de las piezas se suelen emplear aditivos en la composici\u00f3n del acero. Sin embargo, en funci\u00f3n de qu\u00e9 aditivos se usen, se provocan distintos cambios en la estructura molecular del acero. Que pueden implicar la reducci\u00f3n de otras propiedades fisicoqu\u00edmicas como la soldabilidad o la resistencia a la oxidaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la hora de fabricar piezas que requieran una elevada precisi\u00f3n se suele recurrir a aceros con un elevado contenido en azufre y\/o plomo como los; F211 (11SMn37), F212 (11SMnPb37) o F213 (36SMnPb14), seg\u00fan los requerimientos y condiciones de uso de la pieza en cuesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mediante un acero con alto contenido de azufre, se facilita el trabajo en centros de mecanizado. A trav\u00e9s del uso de dicho componente se mejora la maquinabilidad del mismo modo que se obtienen buenos acabados superficiales. El azufre provoca una viruta fragmentada durante el proceso de mecanizado lo que implica una reducci\u00f3n en las fuerzas ejercidas sobre la placa de corte. Y por tanto una mejora sustancial en la vida \u00fatil de la herramienta usada en la m\u00e1quina CNC, a la vez que se facilita el mecanizado.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por otro lado, el uso de plomo en cantidades aproximadas de 0.2%, genera una mejora en la maquinabilidad. Y por tanto una mejor calidad en las piezas de precisi\u00f3n. El plomo, al ser insoluble a bajas temperaturas con el acero, genera una proyecci\u00f3n de part\u00edculas min\u00fasculas que facilitan la rotura de la viruta. Y por tanto se obtienen efectos parecidos a aquellos generados por el azufre.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, existe la posibilidad de que el dise\u00f1o o funcionalidad de la pieza requiera de un acero de mayor dificultad de mecanizado, como los inoxidables, en este caso es imprescindible contar con la herramienta de corte y centro CNC adecuado, de ese modo se facilitar\u00e1 en la medida de lo posible la realizaci\u00f3n de un mecanizado de precisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mecanizados Sinc \u2013 Maquinaria de precisi\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez conocidas las principales diferencias, puedes consultar nuestros servicios en nuestra web.
